You should separate audio CDs from video CDs, which could also be classified into VCDs and DVDs. Start sorting your audio CDs. You could organize your collection by sorting out the items by musical genre. It would be easy if you are a follower of a specific or single music type (for example, R & B). Logically, it could be challenging if you own CDs of general type, pop, or mixed types. You have to separate R & B CDs from alternative rocks, and pop CDs. Label the items for easier retrieval and organizing. You could arrange the CDs in alphabetical order (artist name) or by year.
For video CDs, separate VCDs from DVDs. For sure, you own more DVDs than VCDs, unless you have intentionally collected more of the latter. Just like what you did in audio CDs, it would help if you would systematically organize and sort your collection. You could do so more effectively through arranging the CDs by artist or by genre. You could also label the items by title and arrange them alphabetically. As you do so, you could document your collection in a computer for easy and systematic filing and retrieval. Why not assign serial numbers of codes to every CD so that you would organize your collection more effectively. Searching through your computer files would certainly be better and much more convenient.
Aside from audio and video CDs, there could be other CDs in your drawer. These are CDs where you have stored computer files and information. Do not mix or combine such CDs with all your other collection. Doing so would surely result to overall confusion in the future. Do not forget to include readable and systematic labels. You could file or arrange such CDs separately from the rest of your collection. Never ever make the mistake of combining all CDs. You have to be organized all the time.
When using CDs, resolve to bring back or return the item where you have pulled it out from. It would create possible and future problems and troubles if you would not return the CD you used where it belongs. Organization tips regarding CDs would almost always advise you to do so. Know how to us a drill, oh that’s ok if you don’t a screw driver will work just as good only it is harder to do. Take a small nail and make a hole where you want to mount the shelving units. Using the drill or screwdriver install, the mounting brackets and lay down your new shelf on top of it. Now that wasted space has a shelf in it and you can put the small items on it towards the top.
Take a look at your nearest hardware or department store usually Rubbermaid has a lot of ideas to fill in the area under your sink. Get some small drawers and stack them in there on one side; you can put your soaps and small items in them even your extra wash cloths and hand towels will fit in these drawers. Rubbermaid also makes shelves that stack on top of each other that you can put in this space. You can make space to store nice towels and other bathroom accessories. Rubbermaid is easy to clean just fill up the tub or take outside and use the garden hose on them. Warm soapy water and a hose to rinse will do a great job and the mess is all outside.
How about the counter space around your sink it can be organized to by just placing a basket in one corner and laying that lose hair brush with the comb in it. You can place your room deodorizer and liquid hand soap in it too. Everything is all in one corner now and all you have to do is reach for it without going through everything to find them.
Organizing your tub and shower area is a breeze as well. Rubbermaid also makes many different things you can put in them to hold that bar of soap and hair shampoo and conditioner. Hang a shower caddy over you showerhead and put you razor along with the shaving cream, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel maybe can be put there too. This keeps them in a handy to reach area and off the shower floor of off the ledge of your tub. Your bar soap can dry easier with the holes letting air to it so the bar isn’t lying in water and wasting it.
You can also get corner shelves that have suction cups to stick on the wall in the corners. These are nice and more places to put things. Hang a shower mirror in the shower to make it easy for that man of yours to shave and shower all the same time.

Small, cramped bathrooms with little space and lots of stuff can present big problems for a busy family. With items strewn across the bathroom countertop with no designated space make it difficult to find that favorite pot of lip gloss, box of dental floss or can of hair mousse when morning routine time is at a minimum. You can conquer this problem with an honest assessment of your bathroom’s contents and some creativity.
First of all, look around your bathroom. If you have products in your bathroom that you didn’t like after the first use, or that someone who previously visited left there and your family doesn’t use, get rid of them. This can be a tough pill to swallow if you focus on the money that you spent on buying it, but if it’s taking up valuable space in your cramped bathroom quarters, it’s costing you more in headaches and stress than it’s worth. After you’ve cleared these items out, assess what’s left. If there’s a drawer for makeup, but nothing in it is sorted, consider some small boxes or baskets to place them in. Place lipsticks and glosses in one bin, another for makeup compacts, and another for makeup applicators such as brushes and sponges. If there are a lot of hair products, consider using a larger basket to place them in and stored under the sink which can be easily removed and put away each morning.
If you’re in the habit of stocking up on those products you seem to go through quickly such as toilet paper, lotion, or toothpaste, consider storing those in a pantry or linen closet instead of in the bathroom itself. Make sure all family members know where to look for a replacement or refill should they run out.
Most importantly, get your family to agree on using and maintaining the organization system that’s been developed. It’ll do no good to organize only to find things disheveled and unorganized the following week. Ask for input when devising a system, and make sure it’s one that everyone involved can live with.

Everyone in the family could really contribute to a lot of clutter at home. You might notice that when you were still living alone, there was already too much clutter at home. It is not surprising that when you married and started having a growing family, your house instantly turns into a grand place full of clutters and things scattered everywhere. You could begin the initiative by organizing all your clothes and shoes. Of course, each member of the family could have multiple numbers of clothes and shoes. Most are keeping items even if unused for the longest time. It would be best if you would designate a storage cabinet where all shoes of family members would be stored. It would not be likely if any shoes would be left at the door entrance. When shoes are scattered at the floor, anyone could easily kick them off. When that happens, it could be hard to find the missing match. Finding that match could also aggravate or worsen the cluttering problem. Clothes that are unused for the longest time should already be taken out of the house. Perhaps, you should donate them to charities.
Children of course bring home lots of school papers and artworks. Such papers could get mixed with your daily mail. In a matter of days, the papers could pile up and would look like a total mess.
